Is Powerwashing safe?

A quick google search will bring up many articles about the risks of powerwashing.

The main issue that can arise when washing siding is water getting up in under the siding and causing mold growth. A homeowner or inexperienced contractor can easily use too much pressure or the pressure at the wrong angle blasting water under the siding. This problem can easily be prevented if you have the right tools and cleaning solvents.

Our cleaning solutions do most of the hard work for us, breaking down the dirt, moss and debris and actually lifting them from the surface. Then with the use of extension wands and angled tips we can direct the water down the siding versus up and under it. Also, our cleaning solutions are designed to leave behind an anti algae coating that slows and reduces regrowth in the future.

You can rest assured that our staff are well trained and will take care of your property as if it was their own!
