What payment methods do you accept?

We take cash, check or credit card (processing fee may apply)

How do you clean soffits, I am worried about water getting into my house?

We are very careful around your soffit. We never directly spray the soffits, our low pressure cleaner is applied to the surface, and during rinse mist from washing your siding and gutters lightly cleans the soffit without water entering the roof.

Will your cleaner harm my plants?

The cleaner can harm your plants, however we ensure this doesn’t happen by pre-wetting the plants, and thoroughly rinsing them after applying our cleaners. You can be confident that we will take the highest level of care to protect your landscape as we perform our work.

Do you use Bleach and is it harmful?

Yes on most projects we do. You may be surprised to know that bleach, also known as sodium hypochlorite, is quite environmentally friendly. Bleach starts as salt and water, and ends as salt and water. The commercial grade high quality product that we use contains no free chlorine and begins to degrade  within minutes of its use.  It is a quick and effective cleaner, allowing us to greatly reduce water requirements and engine run time.
